Fabric Options
We offer the Puzette in two fabrics, Light and Rugged, to match your needs:
- Light (Nylon Pack Cloth): Sleek, sporty and perfect for quick outings.
- Rugged (Polyester): Structured, workwear-inspired durability for all-day wear.
Each Puzette is carefully sewn in small batches by our trusted partner sewing shop in Denver, Colorado. We handle the final touches—threading the cords, adding poop bags—before mailing them directly to you.

Shipping Methods:
We ship Puzettes using USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail to deliver to all 50 states, U.S. territories, and Canada.
Processing Time:
- Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
- Canada: Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method and customs processing.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.
- Free shipping promotions, if offered, will be applied automatically at checkout.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your Puzette’s journey.

At Puzette, we want you to love your gear as much as we love making it. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Puzette, we’ll do our best to make it right, including accepting returns within 30 days of delivery.
How It Works:
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include any tags or packaging.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure we receive your item.
- Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about your refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
