Refund policy

At Puzette, we want you to love your gear as much as we love making it. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Puzette, we’ll do our best to make it right, including accepting returns within 30 days of delivery.

How It Works:

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include any tags or packaging.
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure we receive your item.
  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about your refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll provide you with the return address and any further details needed.
  3. Ship Your Item: Package your Puzette securely and ship it back.
